The App reads your Shopify catalogue and discounts, works out the lowest price applied in the
30 days before each reduction, and publishes it back to your products as a metafield —
so your storefront can show the prior price the EU Omnibus Directive asks for. These three
documents are the whole of the agreement.
The documents
-
Terms of Service — what the App does and
does not do, how plans and billing work, what each side is responsible for, and how the
agreement ends. Read section 4 in particular: the App is a tool, not a compliance guarantee.
-
Service Level Agreement — the 99.5% monthly
availability commitment, processing and support response targets, what is excluded, and the
service credits if we miss.
-
Privacy Policy — what we read from your
store, where it is held, how long we keep it, and what happens when you uninstall. It also
contains our Article 28 processor commitments.
The short version
- We read products, variants and discounts. We never read your customers or orders, and we hold no consumer personal data.
- Your data is stored in the EU, in Sweden, and is isolated per store at the infrastructure level.
- Billing runs through Shopify. We never see your payment details.
- Uninstall and we stop immediately; your data is deleted 30 days after Shopify’s redaction request, and a reinstall inside that window brings your history back.
- The App helps you comply. It does not make you compliant, and you remain responsible for the prices you show.
